Quiero pedir disculpas a todos ustedes en nombre de la compañía y lamentar el retraso que estamos sufriendo, ajeno totalmente a la voluntad de IB y que se debe a la problemática del Control de Tráfico Aéreo en el espacio aéreo español, que durante las últimas semanas está afectando gravemente a la puntualidad y servicio de nuestros vuelos.
Esperamos poder......salir, llegar, etc. Otra vez les pido disculpas por este retraso totalmente ajeno a la compañía Iberia.
Good morning/evening. This is the Captain speaking.
I would like to apologize on behalf of the Company and regret the delay we are now suffering, out of Iberia`s control and which is caused be the problems of air traffic control in the Spanish air space, that are strongly affecting the punctuality and service of our flights in the last weeks. We expect shortly to be able to depart/arrive, etc
