First of all, after I read the article of “slow food” I thought that it is interesting for American people to change their food and eating habits, but European also. I mean, the Americans habits on fast food are becoming a great problem in Europe, where we have the fantastic Mediterranean cooking. Problems began to come when our life habits changed specially our job schedule plenty of terms to do. So we eat without thinking what we are eating, if is it good for have a healthy body. I recall a documentary about a man who eat only hamburgers for about, do not remember exactly the days, a month until doctors beg him to let this “diet”. His cholesterol, weight and blood pressure rose up and became an illness man. The doctors said if he goes on with that kind of food he probably dies of a heart attack.
